22. Remove cap from elbow on top

of cylinder (FIG. 35-2). Then

re-connect power down line to

elbow.

21. Stand the runner and cylinder

upright. Twist and walk runner into

column (FIG. 35-1).

23. Remove plug from lifting line

(FIG. 35-2). Then, raise the

cylinder to line up the holes on

cylinder and column.
